The Millbury Bicentennial Celebration has highlighted the historic significance of the town’s 200-year history throughout a year-long celebration for all residents. This celebration began in June of 2012 and will culminate in July of 2013.
Residents, organizations and businesses have been encouraged to participate in events and/or donate to the cause. This special anniversary provides an opportunity to celebrate Millbury’s history and heritage and to foster a sense of pride in our community. Decorate for Millbury’s Bicentennial
The Millbury Bicentennial Committee is encouraging all residents and businesses to decorate to help make this historic celebration truly spectacular. Millbury Short Film Festival
The Millbury Bicentennial Committee is sponsoring the Millbury Bicentennial Short Film Festival designed to showcase aspiring filmmakers. We also welcome submissions by seasoned filmmakers to serve as examples to our emerging artists. A group of selected films will be showcased at the Elm Draught House Cinema and awards will be presented for outstanding achievements by the official selections.
